Throughout the Reflexology massage, the Thai Practitioner will place pressure on, or massage specific points of the feet, lower legs and knees. The therapist will sometimes use a Thai foot stick and apply various herbs, oils and lotions as well. The sessions will remove blockage, correcting energy flow within the body and produce a deep and unique feeling of balance, relaxation, vitality and well being.

The combination of Thai aromatherapy oil massage and pregnancy is not so widely known, but those women who have received it know how great it feels and what a relief it can bring them.

Pregnancy Massage includes lots of techniques for working on the legs, the feet, the neck and lower back and the head. All of these can be done as part of pregnancy massage quite easily without even touching her mid section. You just have to use more props and pillows for comfort. Especially the side position lends itself quite well to pregnancy massage.

We recommend that pregnancy massage is suitable after the first 3 months but if unsure, please consult your doctor first.
